How to get there

By Air

The Pays Foyen is located  25 minutes West of the airport of Bergerac and one hour and a quarter East of Bordeaux Airport.

At Bergerac airport two airlines are available : Ryanair and Flybe.

Bergerac airport has a large number of flights coming in from the UK by low cost carriers.

-via Ryanair :  to London -Stansted (from Bergerac), there are several flights every day (Monday to Sunday).
                     to East Midlands, the flights are on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
-via Flybe :     to Southampton, on Monday, Wednesday ,Friday and Sunday .
                     to Exeter, the flights are on Monday and Friday.

To return to Bergerac, the time-table is exactly the same for both airlines.

There are many direct flights to Bordeaux from various European cities.

At the airport of Merignac (Bordeaux ), one airline is available, called bmibaby.com.
To Birmingham from Bordeaux : the flights are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ,Friday and Saturday .

Return to Bordeaux from Birmingham, on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

To Manchester from Bordeaux or return , the flights are on Monday ,Wednesday, and Saturday.

By Train

You can take the super fast TGV from Paris to Libourne (3 hours) plus a local train from Libourne to Sainte Foy La Grande.There are many journeys there and back per day. http://www.sncf.com

By Road

Sainte Foy La Grande is situated  45 minutes from Bordeaux and  25 minutes from Bergerac.

If you are driving from UK, we recommend taking the overnight ferry from Portsmouth to St Malo.
